Visual Music: DJs & VJs- the Visual Side
of the Sound Arts
In recent years the use of visuals at live events has exploded. The status
of the VJ is now recognized in the dance music community. Get in on
the trend at the Visual Music Panel at WMC. The Panel will kick off
with a performance remix of the original Joshua Lightshow. Then hear what DJs like Carl Cox and
Sandra Collins have to say about the effect that performance visuals are
having in their industry. Listen to the frontline experiences of VJs VJ v2
and Dijjital Ambiance as they move through the cutting edge of video art.
The panel will cover real world challenges of artistic collaboration,
Promotion, Management & ethics of DJs & VJs working closely together.
